Return & Refund Policy

At Mysha Candles, every candle is lovingly hand-poured and energetically aligned with care and intention. We strive for excellence in quality and service. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.


🔄 Returns

As our products are handmade and made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns for reasons of preference, fragrance selection, or color mismatch.

Please ensure you read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we deeply apologize.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Send us clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), along with your order number.

  • Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.

We do not offer replacements for minor surface imperfections that may occur during transit and do not affect the performance of the candle.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product was out of stock after purchase, and a replacement is not acceptable to you.

  • The package was lost in transit and cannot be traced or delivered.

  • The damage is beyond usability and replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Candles already used or burned

  • Fragrance dislikes or personal preferences

  • Custom or personalized orders
